Refund & Cancellation Policy

At MacroStamina, we are committed to providing personalized nutrition, fitness, and wellness coaching. Because each coaching program is prepared specifically for you and requires us to reserve dedicated time and resources, we ask that you carefully review our refund and cancellation policy before purchasing a program.

Program Fees

All coaching fees must be paid in full, or according to an agreed-upon payment plan, before your coaching program begins.

Refund Policy

All purchases are final.

Due to the personalized nature of our coaching services, MacroStamina does not offer refunds for coaching programs, digital

resources, meal plans, fitness plans, or other services once they have been purchased.

We encourage you to ask any questions before enrolling to ensure the program is the right fit for your goals.

Program Start Date

We understand that life doesn't always go as planned.

If you purchase a coaching program but are unable to begin immediately, you may delay your start date for up to three (3) months from the date of purchase.

After three months, your program and any unused coaching sessions may be forfeited unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Appointment Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule a coaching session, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible.

Appointments missed without notice may be considered completed and may not be rescheduled.

We understand that emergencies happen and will consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

Client Commitment

Your success depends on your participation and commitment throughout the coaching process.

While MacroStamina is dedicated to providing education, guidance, accountability, and support, results cannot be guaranteed and refunds will not be issued based on personal expectations or outcomes.

Exceptional Circumstances

Requests related to serious illness or other exceptional situations will be reviewed individually at the sole discretion of MacroStamina. Any accommodations made are not an obligation and do not establish a precedent for future requests.
